Noah? Ark?

Disclaimer: I don't want this to be a freak you out post or anything but this is something that I feel very strongly about.

Has anyone else who is member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints noticed a bigger push towards food storage in your meetings? The talk of a "three months supply"? Has anyone else been having quarterly "Preparation Fairs"? For a few years now?

Recently we had a primary activity where they spoke to the kids of the importance of being prepared. One of the primary leaders read this statement...(which by they way has been HIGHLY used in our area recently)
“The revelation to store food may be as essential to our temporal salvation today as boarding the ark was to the people in the days of Noah
-----------Ezra Taft Benson
Since this primary activity this quote has been stuck in my head. And after talking with my husband last night I just want to say to anyone who will listen.

Get your things in order. Food storage, water, toilet paper, fuel.

You don't want to be caught in the flood.
