YESSSSS! I have a whole ex-family that I seriously hope doesn't read my blog because that just seems creepy. In fact, the not knowing who's reading my blog kinda freaks me out if I think about it, so I don't. I'm just really grateful to the few readers that do read my blog, like you! :) Thanks!
Yes and Yes! I actually have family that I wish would read and comment. As for readers I would rather not have..my co-workers. Im a private person (in regards to them) and I don't share my blog with any of them.
Hmmm...I am always glad when anyone reads our blog. Seriously. If I could get my family to read it, that would be great, but I know that my efforts are futile, so I have given up.
I'd also like to think Rebecca Woolfe (Girl's Gone Child) or Heather Armstrong (Dooce) read it, but I am not holding my breath.
One day one of my favorite bloggers left a comment on my blog and I was SO EXCITED! But after that, I felt very pressured to write something good. lol
Sometimes I forget (when I'm venting or writing personal-ish stuff) that my in-laws read my blog too. I try not to think too hard about who reads, or I might end up deleting posts.
I am careful though about our exact location and our last name and the first names of our children. I like to think that protects us a little. ;)
Absolutely, to both. There are those that I definitely want to attract into readership, and those that I wouldn't want to offend, so I hope they stay away. Oh, it's such a fine line we walk, isn't it?
I think we'd all be lying if we said no. There are some post I am just itching to do, but can't because I am to worried about who will read them. (Usually it's about their bratty kids, hence the worrying!)
I'm more comfortable with complete strangers reading my blog. For some reason I get kinda embarrassed when I find out people I don't know all that well (like in the neighborhood) read it because I'm normally a private person. I'm not sure what that says about me....
There have been a few times that I've wanted to vent about lame boys on my blog...but my whole family reads it and that's the type of thing I actually like to keep quiet so...
And I always want more people to read (and comment). Who doesn't? :)
i have so many things that i want to write but i avoid cuz you never know who is reading your blog. so yes i have folks i hope aren't reading my blog. and i always hope that you read my blog.
I gave my blog address to my friends and none of them read. Sometimes I wish they would. My SILs visit my blog, and one of them even comments! I'm usually pretty careful about what I write so I can't think of anyone that I wouldn't want reading.
My blog totally rocks!! and I really don't mind if people read it. I am publishing my self so I am showing myself to the world. That's the reason I use an alias for everyone. Helps me maintain a small sense of privacy.

It's always weird when I find out someone in my real life reads my blog, and I don't know about it.

I don't really care. I hope people I talk crap about don't read it.... But that's about it.
I think about it alot and it acts as my "filter" when I'm writing. I shouldn't have to filter my thoughts, but I do.

Some kids in my son's band class found their teacher's Facebook page and her blog. I'm not really sure that she wants them reading that.
