I dislike

Stress.

Cold sores brought on by said stress.

And Pleurisy, most likely also brought on by said stress.

((Shanna)) Lysine helps cold sores go away and if you take it every day, they tend to stay away.

It's amazing what stress can to one's well-being. Stress, stress go away come back another day! Maybe that would work!

Is pleurisy the new herpes?

Pleurisy is pain of the chest wall. It's yucky. I'm thinking it's kind of like what happens to people who have panic attacks...I don't know.

Hopefully the herpes won't spread like an internet virus. I've actually only had about three cold sores my entire life. Each time they were brought on by stress. It takes a lot to stress me out. I'm a pretty easy going person.

Hey thanks for leaving a comment on my blog. That was fun to see someone actually looked. I have had a herpes keratitis virus on my eye for 28 years! There are all sorts of herpes viruses and it doesn't sound pretty. I use to get them on my lips and lucky me are the one in thousands that got it right on my pupil. A M.D. treated it for 6 weeks as a scratch and I finally asked that he send me to a specialist. That eye doctor took one look in my eye and knew exactly what it was, but by then it caused severe scaring over my pupil. It is brought on by stress and sun. Valtrex is a great med you have to get from the Doctor but it works. I have another one that my eye doctor perscribed that I take every day when I am going to be at Lake Powell for prevention of cold sores. Can I just tell you the best thing I do that has stopped them from coming on my lips is the good vitamins I take. You can let me know if you want to know what brand they are and the other one I take for prevention. I haven't had one on my lip since I started taking them, and with the eye one, I know what causes stress and we just have to learn to say no once in a while because with our religion I know we don't know how to say no. You are the only one who knows your limitations.
