Counting My Blessings

Thanks to Motherboard and her bucket filler for the day I have something that I can blog about. So from the randomness that is my brain.... I'll do 37 things...one for each year of my life.

I am thankful for
  1. Leftovers
  2. thrift stores
  3. a working furnace
  4. running water
  5. indoor plumbing
  6. an amazing and supportive husband
  7. a wonderful and loving extended family
  8. friends who care
  9. clearance items
  10. this blog and all the other blogs that I read
  11. cell phones
  12. the internet
  13. my religion
  14. freedom
  15. choices
  16. cameras
  17. snow
  18. flowers
  19. rain
  20. mountains
  21. music
  22. PF Changs lettuce wraps
  23. salt
  24. sight
  25. sounds
  26. talents
  27. children
  28. grass
  29. fresh corn
  30. a lovely bed to sleep in
  31. television
  32. movies
  33. colors
  34. the smell of rain
  35. rainbows
  36. laughter
  37. Jesus Christ
So there they are. I have many, many blessings. I could keep on going but I'm sticking with the 37 that I said at the first of the post.

I love "gratitude" posts, especially this one. I started smiling big at "clearance items" and just felt more grateful myself as I finished this great post.
