My daughter built a snowman on Wednesday. During SPRING Break. This was what was left of it today on our front lawn.Sayonara my cold weather friend. I can't say that I'm sad to see your hind end Frosty. Hopefully we won't meet again until sometime in December.
Bring on the 70 degree weather please.

I don't think I have ever built a snowman over spring break, but I do remember going sledding one year.

We *also* built a snowman on wednesday. The first one we've made since Christmas. And now there are just a few clumps of snow on the ground. My 4 yo always tells me, "The sun doesn't like the snowman and makes him melt and go away."
At least it was good snowman-making snow!!! Nice and wet.
We've been lucky here in New England. We haven't seen snow for a while (Please God, don't punish us for me being so presumptious). Maybe we'll make up this summer for our rainy, thunderstorming, crappy summer last year.

I honestly intended to go build a snowman that day it snowed like crazy this week. I chickened out during every other snow storm we had and I figured my kids deserved to make at least one this year. But by the afternoon, the snow as half gone and totally wet and mushy. Sorry kids. Yeah, me!

That is such a sad site. I know your happy to see him go, but where we live (Houston) we would LOVE to see snow for just a day. Just give us ONE freakin day. My kids dont even know what snow is. LOL
