Ouch. I learned, while in Costa Rica, that milk of magnesia works wonders for sunburns! Just put some on a cotton swab and dab your burn and the pain disappears! Sounds crazy, but it works. You do have to re-apply every couple of hours or so. I hope you heal quickly!

Dang girl!

Another remedy is taking PABA pills. I thought my MIL was nuts when she told me that, but it really does help take the sting out. We always have a bottle with us when we go to Lake Powell and it always helps.
